Sprinkler

A fire sprinkler is an active fire protection measure consisting of a water supply system, providing adequate pressure and flowrate to a water distribution piping system, onto which fire sprinklers are connected. Designed to automatically detect and extinguish fires, or control them until further aid arrives, fire sprinklers operate when a predetermined temperature is reached, typically due to a fire. This causes a heat-sensitive element (like a glass bulb or solder link) to break, releasing water directly onto the fire area. They are a crucial component of fire safety in buildings, significantly reducing property damage and saving lives
