DVR recorders

A DVR (Digital Video Recorder) is a core component in a CCTV surveillance system, acting as the central hub for capturing, processing, and storing video footage. It takes analog video signals from traditional security cameras (connected via coaxial cables), converts them into a digital format, and then records them onto an internal hard drive or other storage media.
DVRs allow users to do much more than just record; they enable playback of past events, often with search functions by date, time, or motion detection. Many DVRs also offer remote viewing capabilities, allowing users to access live or recorded footage from a smartphone, tablet, or computer over the internet. They are a cost-effective and reliable solution for many security needs, particularly for those with existing analog camera setups, providing a straightforward way to monitor and manage surveillance data.
